Biosecurity Restrictions: Unfortunately, due to Australian quarantine and biosecurity regulations, we are unable to send plants, seeds or bulbs to Western Australia or Tasmania. We appreciate your understanding as these restrictions are in place to protect Australia's unique environment and agricultural industries.
Carefully Packed for the Journey
Every plant we send is packed by hand with care and attention to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
First, each pot is securely wrapped in a protective bag to keep the potting mix contained and minimise movement during transit. The plant is then wrapped in a layer of corrugated cardboard, providing cushioning while protecting the foliage and stems from damage.
Finally, each plant is carefully positioned inside a sturdy shipping box and packed to prevent unnecessary movement during its journey. Before leaving our nursery, every order is given a final quality check to ensure it meets the high standards we expect.
We've been safely shipping plants across Australia for many years, and our packing process has been refined through experience. While we can't control everything that happens in transit, we do everything possible to ensure your plants arrive healthy, protected, and ready to thrive in your garden.
Our Postage Pricing
To provide a fairer and more accurate shipping cost, we've moved from a flat-rate postage system to pricing based on the number of plants in your order.
This means smaller orders won't subsidise larger ones, while larger orders continue to offer excellent value by spreading the shipping cost across more plants.
