After producing their Spiced Figs in Syrup for 2 decades, the folk at Rosnay decided to get back to the delicious simplicity of the poached fig, with nothing in it except their delicious whole figs, home grown lemon juice and organic Australian raw sugar. Foodies and chefs can dress the figs up with their own secret herbs and spices! After poaching for 3 hours until translucent, the figs are carefully packed into the jars, usually about 10 figs per jar.
